Sucked. No communication from management
This was the worst job I've ever worked and uve been in the retail and restaurant industry over 15 years. The expectations were.rediculous and I was the only person in the kitchen. When there were two of us, we didnt make the co. As much. Alone for.months I almost tripled it and it still wasnt.good enough. They dont communicate and dont care.about employees. Just money.

HAZ Pay, Shift Safety, PPE for Essential Employee
At this point Corporations have the ability to mandate mask wearing. Yet, Circle K (among many) what are you doing during this time of crisis in America? If, it's "suitable" (or more importantly to have You work from home) to wear a mask during corporate work hours (8-6 for example ) then why is the need to enforce that same practice suppressed or just not endorsed by your stores, ALL day, during EVERY shift for the safety of EVERY employee.

Very fast paced, but would have been better if better employees were to be hired.
I would look at this job as a last resort. It’s like they think you are on doctors salary and can come in whenever they call because someone else called in left me working on the busiest shift by myself and know one called to even see how I was doing after I let them know. I had almost 300 customers in 1 hour. I could say so much more

Hard work and low pay, you try to please both customers and management but neither one is completely satisfied. Do your job and sometimes even that's not enough

Great customers
Great customers, very fast paced. There is no job security at all. It only takes one bad audit and falsified black book marks to be fired. Training could be a lot better for new employees.

The pay could be better
The pay could be better, I would like to see at least $9.50 per hour minimum being offered and flexibility in part time shifts. The focus could definitely be on the evening shifts.

This was my best job ever! i loved intreracting with all of the customers and being ablr to greet everyone who comes in and out the store it is a very amazing company to work

Productive But Stressful
As this store does not include a gas station, there is only a requirement of a single cashier at work. But will learn about lottery sales, counting, total sales, placing the order and making sure that everything is up to date
