What I think about this company
It was a great experience.People are very friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of my career. creating a culture where they let them experiment and push their talents as far as they can go.

The company policies are good ‘but due to poor management the company employees are not happy.
There should be proper training of the employees, so that company have a strong manpower.promotion should be through proper evaluation and test .people should work under some agreement from both the side .this is all my views which I feel while working at Cipla

Highly productivity oriented and empowerment of people was the prime focus.
My role was as full time internal consultant in marketing, sales & training was to lead, guide, strategist, hand holding and mentoring. I did quite a few new things in cipla with the team that was proactive and sensitive. Began full fledged comprehensive training and marketing department. Major strategic decisions were taken in my time and those were implemented successfully.
