Ambiente de trabajo confiable
Diario tenia mis tareas especificas y las realizaba según un horario realizado por mi para adecuarme al tiempo de la apertura del cine, el ambiente laboral con los colaboradores es confiable y cómodo, habían días fuertes con publico en el tope del aforo en el cual tus actividades las hacías con toda la rapidez y seguridad ya que mi área se encargaba de revisar billetes.
Cuando teníamos días con poca afluencia de publico avanzábamos actividades pendientes o revisábamos archivos y organizábamos la oficina.

Typical day at work
The work day wasnt bad, dealing with customers are sort of stressful sometimes because to them they're always right but in honesty they aren't. We organize and serve but if they dont like the service that we provide then it's my duty that they do and serve them so well that they'll come back another time

Friendly and challenging workplace.
In April 2017 it will be my 3 years with cineplex, within those years I have become an asset to the company and have been promoted to Teller, Team Leader, and Birthday Party Coordinator. A typical day at work for me includes interacting with guests, calling and emailing guests about the birthday party program, booking and confirming parties, balancing the safe, depositing money, and being apart of the management team. I learned how to become more outgoing, how to communicate, and I learned to be more patient and considerate. My management team is amazing and I have become extremely close with them. My coworkers are like family to me and I enjoy working with them on a daily basis. The hardest part of my job would be ensuring the birthday party program runs smoothly, and working alongside the management team to ensure this. The most enjoyable part of my job is working with my friends and being able to be a team.

Fun Place to Work
If you enjoy movies and dealing with people then this is the place for you. I you require schedule flexibility then this is the place for you. No you do not make a lot of money working but if you need walking around money then this is the place.

Productive and very fun loving.
I like the fast paced hotel and being able to interact with all types of people. The hardest part of the job making sure that everyone get to see their movie on time. The most enjoyable part is watching all of the movies.

You like movies, this is the place to work.
Loved working for the company and the service and product that it delivered, but unfortunately with the late nights and the weekends it didn't mix well with school. Definitely would work here again.

Friendly Environment, Terrible Corporate
At Cineplex Odeon Queensway, the staff there are friendly to one another as well as to the customers. It was an enjoyable experience with co-workers. One of the managers there was very disrespectful to the employees, and was out right rude and out of line. The hardest part of the job was dealing with very rude and disrespectful customers that came in from time to time. Some of the co-workers were also rather rude to one another, which can cause people to not want to be there. I learned that some of the co-workers and management were only smiles and nice in the beginning, and even if you're doing your job correctly they will still find a reason to be rude and disrespectful towards you.

I worked there for four years and found that it was a great location to work in as long as you stay at the Cast level. There is little incentive to move up.

Great place to work
If your looking for part time work for after school/weekends then everyone is nice, management is very friendly and accommodating to students and employees

Positive work environment.
An average day at work consisted of a seven hour shift with a thirty minute break. We were usually busy which made the time go by quickly.The managers were very understanding and my fellow employees were very friendly.I found that making popcorn while serving customers to be the most difficult. Overall Cineplex was a great place to work.

Good people, terrible pay
This job was amazing for many reasons, but equally bad for the same amount of reasons. The management team and the team you work with ends up to be your family at the end of the day and the environment it great. I'm sure everywhere you go you get people that aren't the best to serve, but this location specially has a lot of people that are constantly grumpy and that's not even the bad part about it. You work the worst possible hours starting around 4 and leaving around 2 am until the last show gets out. Its not an ideal job if you are in school or attempting to provide for a family because the pay is the worst part about it. As an assistant manager I was only paid 11.75 an hour for doing the exact same thing that a full time manager did but they got paid 30000 a year. This job is okay for pocket money but isn't good for the amount of hours and labor put into the job. However if you are doing it for the experience then Cineplex has a lot of knowledge to offer
