Kitchen
What I learned is work fast in the kitchen. the food have to be out 15 or 18 min. I enjoy working in game room because I like to help the customers. I learn how to fix game if the game machine are down. The only bad things is dealing with customers because some time they don't know what they want or they trying to get stuff free.
ProsEmployees discount
Cons10 mins if you work 4 hours or 5 to 7 you will 10 and 30 mins breaks

Horrible
Don't work here. Minimum wage for hard work. Management horrible. Hard to get more than 5 hours a shift. Managers have their favorites, give most of the hours to the ones who suck up to them.

Ehhh
It’s a good starter job but management expects you to do a lot in a matter of 4 hours.they also expect you too keep running food from the kitchen and also help others at the same time.

Nor good nor bad
It’s a good first job. It mostly consist of teenagers but if you’re looking for a higher pay then this job is definitely not the one. You work really long hours and you also don’t get a lot of benefits.

Used to be worth a great company
Used to love the job a long time ago. The stores are always understaffed in CO. Managers travel a lot to help other stores. After I stepped down from the GM position I was paid close to nothing to be an Assistant, but took the pay so I didn't have to commute anymore. The job description hides all of the thousands of tedious administrative tasks you will be doing plus running a store for little pay. The GM's are expected to sacrifice their lives because you are salary and expected to answer to your boss whether you are at work or not. No respect for personal time at all. Conference calls almost everyday. The GM's I've worked with or met along the way have been great though.
ProsMet great co-workers
ConsSHORT STAFFED ALL OF THE TIME; Micro Managed; Area of impact worksheets; No personal Time

Wonderful families but terrible management.
Chuck E. Cheese was my first job so I thought working 13 hour shifts without any breaks was normal. I was scheduled for a part time job but they gave 40 hours a week. I was sick one time and they didn't let me leave. The general manger is never there and never helps. The mangers just sit in the office the entire time and when you need help there is no one around. They don't really train people either they will throw you in an area. Most of the mangers disregard standard procedures and do their own thing. The most enjoyable part of the job were the families. Chuck E. Cheese is a party place, so we would get a lot of walk in parties or reserved parties. It was always fun playing with the kids, singing and dancing as well. I always tired to make the guests experience more enjoyable.
Prosfamilies, coworkers, free drinks
Consmanagement, short/no breaks, lots of hours and knowledge with little pay

The best part of the job
The best part about being at Chuck E. Cheese is seeing their faces light up when they see the Chuck E. Cheese mouse, that is the best part! I also love the people I work with !

Worst Job Ever
Worked for the company for over 2 years. They will lie to you about pay, I’ve had a manager insult me to the point of being called useless, never got a response from HR after being told I would be called back, they do not care about the employees or the costumers, food that is expired by company standards is often still used, employees are also not held accountable causing complete chaos, write ups do not happen because “it is too much paperwork”. If you are looking for a job where you can good off and still be paid (close to minimum wage , this is the job for you!
ConsNot promised hours, poor management, etc

Mostly family members work their and they do not want to help new mangers hired outside the company move up. They do not care about the team members.
The managers are unprofessional and they play around instead of try to train team members in cross training. They date employees at their location. They have been caught making out in walk-ins. And they work you off the clock. The managers favor other managers and lie about them being at the store to get over time when they are not at the store. They do not care about the team members and harassment from managers in training was an issue. They actually refer to their family members whom are other manager by valguar titles, which the managers they are referring to completely agree with and go along with the names. They district training is bad.
