My experience with great
learned a lot from various departments dispatching ,safety and
vehicle compliance
management were well involved and was concerned about our well being
the hardest part was dealing with outside vendors but overall good
the passion for what ceva was all about made coming to work made it enjoyable

Nice
Enjoyed working there. Management was always watching and making things more difficult than it should be. Other than that, it was fun working there. If you do work there, ensure you're on point or else you will be reported.

Leadership
CEVA is a great company but the internal management structure does not promote a healthy leadership. There are alot of changes happening and not much information is being passed on but lots of people are losing their jobs and more are looking to make a change.

I enjoyed both my co-workers and my customers. I felt very proud of myself when deadlines were met. I received accolades from management. I wanted to stay with the company but there was no room for growth or promotion within my specific department. I wanted more money and they were not able to provide that. All in all it was a great company that offered competitive benefits.

Very fast paced warehouse with opportunities to learn new things within the company and logistics. Processing invoices for overseas companies and maintained a professional atmosphere.

Awesome Company To Work For
Cevalogistics is a great place to work. They have awesome benefits and I love the people I work with. I deal with customers on a daily basis and I work with Ceva Stations all over the country. Its quite amazing meeting new people from different parts of the country and working with them.

Productieve en stressvolle omgeving
Bij mij op de afdeling was ik degene die met hoog tempo en foutloos de internationale orders moest invoeren. Collega's waren gezellig maar zelf had ik meer moeite met het management.

Was a fun place to work
It started of as a great place to work then management changed a few times in the 5 years I was there, you were not acknowledged for your hard work and I have seen a few times where operations manager was demoted and he was there for a longtime.
It was a revolving door, people getting replaced as the company changed ownership to an American company.
After 5 years I decided to leave, due to bullying in the workplace and made to feel uncomfortable and it was not a good place to be in.
