Stay away
Worst place I’ve ever worked for. They underpay you and expect you to move mountains. Doesn’t help that the added pressure was purely the company’s fault. They switched over to a system that messed up all aspects of the business. I can’t tell you how many temps came and went while I was there.

Having the feeling of helping people find their appropriate home for their family
Working with the Real Estate Agents each day provided me with many situations that needed to be addressed quickly. This gave me great satisfaction in finalizing each requirement so their paperwork could be completed within the time frame specified. Emphasis had to be placed with both the buyer and seller in providing the appropriate documentation needed during each phase of the process.
ProsExcellent working enviorement

Hard work, set your own hours
Real Estate is easily the most stressful job I've ever had. It's Volatile in every way. It's also exciting to get the opportunity to help dreams come true.

It’s basically a place for seasoned brokers
If you’re a provisional broker don’t make the mistake of signing a contract. They don’t teach you anything, they don’t help with leads and if you try to move on you can’t because the put you in a contract that willl be $1500 to break. They don’t even give you an office they call it an Internet café. So you basically pay a monthly office fee but you get No office. The broker in charge will tell you that you have to earn an office. Horrible place.

The agents I got to work with were amazing!
Great company with great people. The turn over with the management team was very high and the lack of communication from location to location made the culture much different at each office and therefore difficult to navigate.
ProsThe agents.
ConsLack of communication from top down.

Company does not treat employees as valuable
They are partial to what they perceive as more valuable employees and do nothing to support a new agent. They encourage all to pay for leads and then management chooses how the leads are distributed.

Survival of the fittest
Real Estate "jobs" in general are extremely easy to get, it is another story to make any money. You are required to do all research marketing and prospect with little or no direction. Oh and you have to pay for all your own leads and resources, after you figure out what those are.
ProsTotal flexibility
ConsZero stability

Stressful
The company is not well structured as it is run by a person. What makes working there abit difficult is that you really have no one to learn from because everyone is fresh on the job. However working there gives me the opportunity to visit lots of places in the island and gives me an experience in facility management.
