The job its self was great
I loved it there as far as work but the management on my shift 2nd was absolutely horrible, racist rude and very unprofessional!!! It's a shame because I loved it there!

Wrongful Termination
I was accused of a violation of policy at work only to prove later with supporting emails that the accusations occurred outside the workplace and had been falsified by the other employee!!

Good company
Safety introduction trainings are to be more detailed and more visual images need to be available in various working zones across the facility of the company.

Lots of overtime and good benefits
While many people complained about too much overtime even more people complained when there was none. You can get by on 40 hours a week but most prefer 50 to 55 hours a week, yet often required to work 65 to 70 hours a week leading to complaints. Benefits seem more important the older you get but I felt they are slightly better than average for the industry. 6% match on 401(k) and younger people would do well to save more earlier than try to catch up in their 50s. Overall a good place to work.

Good place to work
Good place to work. Management is willing to help you advance to the next level. Friendly work environment. Work hours are great. Paid time off is only 10-13 days a year.

Excellent global company to work for
If you do not like BIG companies Caterpillar may not be the place for you. I like working for Cat I have met many wonderful people from different countries. I have had opportunity to travel and experience different cultures.

Great job
I loved working at CAT. Management wasn’t breathing down your back. It was fast paced but comfortable. I was a contract worker but was treated the same as permanent workers.

I work as a temp
I work as a temp/agency worker. Able to work at remote and office locations. Learning new systems has been the best part of the job I enjoy working with other team members
