Need new management
I work there for 5 years and could not advance to upper levels, yet was doing the work as my superiors. Even trained some of them. Which was very disappointing when they were promoted and I was picked over.

Pay rate is great! PTO is generous. Supervisors are horrible to work with.
Great company over all. Their main issue is the local management. Supervisors rule with their like or dislike of you regulars less of your work ethics. I was warned before I hired in but it still did me harm. People get terminated for he/said she/said petty issues. You can be terminated while not understanding fully why and regardless of your good work reviews and records. They talk to you like your the most horrid individual during the termination process. Other offenses get kept out of HR and never get disciplined by control of your supervisors. Horrible work conditions due to this.

Very little IT department
All of their IT is out sourced to other companies so no opportunities for employment within the technology field services.

Great learning experience
Fast paced. Wide variety of projects. Good place to learn and gain experience. Will get a lot of responsibility early on and see a wide variety of dosage forms.

When Catalent bought the Cardinal Health Pharmceutical Developement the entire cultural changed.
About six months after Catalent bought Cardinal Health Pharmceutical Developement they let some good managers reshaping the culture. I believe it had a negative effect and the new management was more about profits and less about its employees. This made a lot employees unappreciated and expendable.
The hardest part of the job was meeting deadline, in a lot of cases unrealistic causing the employees to work hours and weekends. This made it difficult to balance work and life outside of work if expected a good yearly review.
The most enjoyable parts of the job were the friendships with my co-workers and the method development/validations I was in charge of directing and performing.

It could be MUCH better
The company is okay overall, could be much better, management is terrible. An immediate death happened within my life unexpectedly and my supervisor was very unsympathetic. The company is disorganized and lacks proper structure.

Não tenho que reclamar, aprendi trabalhar com vidas pois ali é feito remédios sempre trabalhando com comprometimento, e atenção.Linha de produção não parava e sabia todos os manuseio de salas e máquinas e um trabalhando e apoiando o outro pois dentro da área de produção um depende do outro pra Trabalhar e desenvolver outras funções
