Fun place to work
Most guest who call in are happy guest who are ready to take a cruise. You are trained and given the tools you need to complete your task. The managers are very helpful.

Tough Political Environment
A nice company with some really good people. Highly Political. No job Security for contractors. Company is very divided as far as future direction. Change appears to be difficult for this group.

Shipboard Technician
Working and living aboard a cruise ship was an interesting experience but it's not for everybody. You're essentially on call 24 hours a day for six months but there are plenty of opportunities to get off the ship and explore in port. You will work 7 days a week and have a lot of ground to cover but if you do your job well you'll be treated well. Crew cabins are small and claustrophobic but you don't do much there except sleep. It's a good starting place for a young technician and gives you an opportunity to travel to some unique ports of call.
