Strong work environment that builds you to be better
At the Carl's Jr in the Yuba Sutter area you will find an environment that wants to build you up and give you an environment that encourages growth, education and character. The best family environment employment that i have had the pleasure of having had.
ProsFamily, growth environment
ConsMany grow and educate then move on to bigger and better things for themselves

Fast Paced Environment
Typical Day at work starts with counting a register and checking the dining area, bathrooms, and work area as well.
I learned how to handle angry customers with a calm and collected response.
My manager was very hard working and always gave me tips on how to save time and make my job quicker and more efficient.
Most enjoyable part of the job was seeing regular customers and seeing customers leave with a smile.

Workplace was okay
Workplace was okay except the wage was too low and had no benefits. It's an easy work place.

Great place for part time
Id highly recommend a teen looking for good pay to apply to Carls Jr. The ambient is perfect for a teen and management is flexible with the work hours.

A passable first job experience
I was a cashier at Carl's Jr. I don't regret my time there at all but I wouldn't exactly recommend it to anyone. During my time there I had to mop up literally every type of human fluid. Without going into too much detail, If you can think of it, I had to clean it up. Once I even had to clean up a dead animal from the drive-thru. It's not for the weak stomached but if you're looking for literally any job, then maybe Carl's Jr. is for you.
Prosflexible hours
Consliterally everything else

It all depends on where
I've worked for 2 different Carls Jr. and they all seem to be the same. They care for the money, not for the employees. In some cases the manager is in the office, maybe shift leaders are on the floor, just depends.

Productive and fun workplace
The hardest part of the job was when they would put me on drive thru and in the front, taking orders fast and accurately, receiving the payment of the customer , passing out theirs drinks and food . But overall , I learned how to multitask.

Bad
Over all it was not a good working environment and I wasn’t ever sure if I was going to be paid on time. The other workers made me feel unwelcome. Overall just was not good for me.
