Fun work environment
It can be stressful on days, but working in such a fun environment kind of makes it worth it on days it isnt stressful. Typically when you walk into work, you clock in and then go to where you are assigned for the day and wait for customers to come in. While waiting you are basically prepping, cleaning, and talking with your coworkers.

Management and pay
Sometimes you could work for someone amazing and sometimes you could work for the worse people ever. Most of the time the managers push everything onto their assistant. For example if someone calls in sick the manager will refuse to with come in or stay, so the assistant will more than likely be asked to stay all day or come in on their only day off. I worked about 60+ hours a week while my manager only worked about 40, even though we're always told that they have to work a minimum of 47 hours. The pay wasn't worth it but my team was. I was only making a dollar more the most of my supervisors, plus managers don't get tips so they were definitely making more than I was.

Provided customer service in a retail environment as a greeter and barista. As a Shift Supervisor, played an active role in overall management of the daily store operations by motivating Team Members to actively upsell and attain corporate sales goals, inventory management, cash verification, and side job delegation to ensure a well run store.
The company really inspired to me to assess what my personal goals and dreams are for my future. I learned that it is not always how much money you are making that makes the job worth it, but rather the values you adopt and fulfillment that you can have through serving others.
The hardest part of the job was that I didn't have the time to climb the ladder. I wasn't making enough money and grew dissatisfied, simply because I could not afford to support my family.
The most enjoyable part of the job was getting to know the customers that would come in on a regular basis. I tried to also offer a welcoming smile and cherry spirit for those who visited my store.

Fast paced, too many people upfront working the coffee bar, Manager uses you to fill the void she lacked to fill prior to your shift, sells you a bill of no goods offers you a Lead position in interview never follows thru. Works you every weekend! Not specified in your interview.

Challanging and long working hours
it was always challenging to start a day when you had multiple operation and departments to handle , it was interesting and same time used to have lots of fun with the staff
