Overall the position is great and very exciting.
Being apart of the Calvin Klein team is a good opportunity for me. It has helped me step up to a different level throughout my retail experience. I enjoy working for the brand and the others members in the CK team. I have learned things more about merchandizing and and selling products. I am happy to be there and to work to the best ability I can provide.

Workplace
Stressful environment, difficult worklife balance, your job becomes your life. If interested in bettering your design eye its a great place to learn but difficult to have a life outside of your career.

Great company to be with
If you're familiar with the fashioned industry, you know the show must go on. Fast paced environment. Amazing team members. The company is staying ahead of trends by changing and evolving, not being affraid to take risks. Which can be a bit stressful if you're not willing to adapt to change but also keeps things excting and new.

Lots of Miscues
Calvin Klein is a good brand/company. I learned some things there that won't be forgotten. The management there wasn't good. There were to many different things going on that were negative.

No true structure
The work culture is friendly but not genuine. Co workers are very nice and easy to get along with. Management is not organized and has no true structure. You do not get a scene of good team spirit. The best part about the company are the people that work for the company.

Zeer uitdagend!
Elke dag met plezier ging ik naar me werk met altijd plezier met mijn collega's leuke mensen en de sfeer was vaak heel goed.
Ik ben begonnen als inpakker en helemaal door gestroomd als aanspreekpunt van een team.
Het was zeer uitdagend werk omdat er vaak tijdsdruk was en dit vond ik mooi om het uiterste uit mezelf te halen om de "quota" te halen. Eerlijk vond ik eigenlijk niks te moeilijk zo heb ik dat niet ervaren. Wat ik moeilijk vond was afscheid nemen vanwege verplichte verhuizing waardoor ik daar niet meer kon blijven.

G-III does not a good culture but Karl Lagerfeld team is an exception among all the companies belonging to G-III. The design team is talented and beyond any reproach. The merchant also. It is a great brand to work for.
