Knowledgeable about products
unfortunately, i was only at this job for a little while. I had to move for personal reasons. Anyway, It was a very nice job. My job title was inventory control, which means I checked and changed all the prices in my designated area. I also put in the reports every morning. The reports are anything that may be a reward or gift with purchase. my favorite part was the knowledge we were given. Buy Buy BABY is all baby products. I as a parent love when people are knowledgeable about the important baby products such as car seats. Well, they have experts on each products come in and teach the employees that way they are better prepared to answer questions. The worst part was I was pregnant at the time and being on my feet was not fun but that's just my personal experience. I loved this job and wish there was one close to where I moved. I mean who wouldn't love being around baby stuff all day.

Friendly workplace that requires hardwork
The company requires a lot of hard work but all of it is within reason. A typical day has angry customers, even angrier children, long lines, and tough questions. However, the customers search for good advice and great customer service which is what we are trained to do. We are trained to never say no and I love that aspect of the company. Offering exceptional customer service is how I was able to advance in such a short period of time. If you are willing to learn and have great time management, the work load is not difficult.

Advancement at the Sacrifice of Work/Life Balance
If you are looking to further yourself into management with this company, be prepared to sacrifice your days off, as well as working 11+ hour days. This is a challenging company to work for in the sense, that a great deal is expected from you, but resources (staff, payroll, training) are at times minimal. You will work extensively with customers and team mates, which is the part of the job I enjoy the most. It is a fun place to work if you are looking for a part time job for extra money, but be prepared for major sacrifices as a salaried employee.

Interesting/Niche Work Environment
Not a bad place to work. Not for the shy or confused because you are working with pregnant women and their families who deserve clear conscious and correct and answers to questions that could pertain to the safety of their child. Good for a smart outgoing college student who can deal with upset sometimes hormonal mothers and fathers who just want the best for their kids.

I loved it.
Looking forward to getting back with the company. The store is always clean and organize. Everyone really believe in team work. This is the only place i have ever worked that communicates well and i loved everything about it. Especially seeinh the babies.

Fun place to work with a great team
Productive environment, generally great customers, helpful coworkers and management team. I enjoy working with the customers and keeping my departments up-to-date and organized. Making sure every customer is satisfied is a great challenge.

I loved working there.
I loved working there. Sweet customers and great management Very laid back work area. The managers are very understandable it's outside situations. He only thing is that part time only gets 23!hours. They don't hire anyone on as full time either.

fun workplace for teens and college students
Lovely company i enjoyed working there while in school i love the mamgement everybody has there say in there schedule a bit, fast paced i worked in furniture, registry and front cashier.
