I enjoyed working with employees. The upper management is always in flux to find ways to make lay offs. It always feels like your working for a sinking ship.

Needs improvement
From the short time with the company I don't know very much about them except they are telecommunication for Europe- United Kingdom. The management staff need more communication and customer service interaction.

Several different leadership changes within a short amount of time. Internal corruption and poor oversight of the business and finances. The vacation portion is great but the other items in the benefit package were lack luster.

Great place to work
Good fun, hard work, lots of learning, well paid and good culture. Big organisation so lots of opportunity to move around. I was caught up in redundancy during People Framework (2018-19), but fair play even hat was handled fairly....these things happen!

Working as a contractor and remote (onsite) at the client location was remote from the rest of the team. It was a global client and the rest of my work team was located in Europe and I was in north America.

Productive and Fun workplace
BT - Kolkata is one of the best place to work in Kolkata area. First thing that comes to my mind while speaking about BT is it's work life balance. A very good employee centric atmosphere along with forced leave policy (you have to take certain number of leaves in a calendar year and cannot carry forward your leaves without extensive approval process). However, only thing that I would like to change if I could is their salary structure. Facility wise this is a very good company with cab service to and fro home and fixed shift makes it a perfect to work with.

BT group has gone
This BT group no longer exists. BT iNet became IT Services, which then merged, and a new BT group was born (BT Major Business and Public sector).
The company and team has a whole are very good.
