Good place to work but going through some growing transition pains
Recently did a major overhaul of client services and flattening the organization. Had some layoffs and does not show any room for advancement with the new org chart.

It's a good place to work and they pay well but the hours are long
I have been here 15 years and it's a good place to work where if you work hard you will be rewarded. They take care of people who work hard and add value.

This is a very fast paced atmosphere, management demands a lot from their employees. Difficult to get a pay increase or promotion in operations department.

Good Place to Work
I met a lot of good friends here. I learned a lot about HIPAA requirements and how to deal with upper management. I would like to go back at some point and I enjoyed working there.

Great Company
Smaller in size and geographically split across the US, but mainly located in the NY area. The firm has done well (stock price) and has made great investments in small businesses to grow further. Compensation is great along with rewards and benefits. Broadridge competes in businesses such as Proxy, Mutual Funds, Hedge Fund support, Transfer Agency Services, Information and Mail services and Business Outsourcing.

A lot of experience can be obtained at Broadridge and it is an excellent place to learn about financial data information technology.

Broadridge Financial Solutions was a fun and enjoyable place to work at due to the people that I was working with.
My day at Broadridge Finacial Solutions was very basic as I worked on reception. The role consisted of me meeting and greeting visitors, answering the phone, liaising with different departments, issuing security passes and sorting, organising refreshment for meetings, ensuring meeting rooms were kept tidy and delivering post to the support team/ person.
