Poor work environment
I worked at Braum’s for almost two years, and I learned to adapt to the constant routine of lines of customers overflowing out the door, and pretty much working nonstop. I eventually got fed up of the job and the staff. The staff were very disrespectful and unorganized. The schedules were very unsteady and the environment is just overall unpleasant, would not recommend working there.

Productive, fun environment.
Great starter job, fast paced, and easy to learn. If you work hard you can move up in the company fairly quickly. They pay more than minimum wage and raises are given after 90 days.

Productive easy job
AA typical at the job I rung up customers in the fresh market area, while making sure the lobby area was clean as well as the bathrooms. I also had to make sure my product are was straight and stocked products when needed too. Closing I had to make sure the drink fountain area and everything was wiped down, mopped, and swept!

it helped me get my feet wet as a young woman
This was my first job and I enjoyed it for the most part. I was able to learn a lot about working and responsibility as well as managing money. The management there were very helpful as well.

It's okay
Mostly teenage workers in the evening. The fast pace makes the time fly. Mostly repeat customers who also make working satisfying. Great team Work and staff

Good job
I was young it was one of my first jobs so I didn't know what to expect. My manager called me Grace forever because I would mess up so much in the beginning, however it turned out just fine and she was a wonderful person.

Great place to work , friendly people. Everyone contributed to each other in order to achieve the goals. Customers were friendly and a lot were regulars.

I've worked here for 3 years and still I am currently working here. Speed of service is the main focus when it comes to the business but the customers come first. As long as you know what is expected of you and you know what you are doing you will be fine.
