As a board certified behavior analyst, you will be responsible for developing behavior models in order to identify behavioral issues or opportunities within our organization. You will also work closely with other members of the BBA team on how we can help improve performance.

Duties

The board certified behavior analyst is responsible for the development of a comprehensive behavioral analysis program that includes data collection, modeling and reporting. This position will be responsible to develop an understanding of how behavior impacts business decisions in order to improve performance across all levels within the organization. This role may also include developing new behaviors through training, mentoring, coaching and other activities as needed by management or supervisors.

Detailed job duties include:

  • Conduct behavioral analysis of the organization's behavior and its impact on performance.
  • Develop, implement and maintain an effective program to support business goals for organizations that are committed toward improving their own behaviors through data collection, analytics and other tools.
  • Analyze trends in behavior related issues by conducting research into how they affect company operations or customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback regarding results from various sources including.
  • Work with management to develop strategies to improve employee engagement as well as provide training opportunities/training services within the organization.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with behavioral analysis and/or data analytics tools (eg: BI-Status)
  • Experience using software programs to analyze behavior patterns for clients
  • Ability to develop reports that provide insights into behaviors across multiple industries
  • Strong analytical skills expressed in research, writing, presentation and communication
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Must be self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
