Good place to work
My location at Centennial drive was great to work at. Lots of fun and owner is very good to employees. As a part timer it was very relaxed and working with college kids was great.

Pretty good short term IT contract.
Overall, an exciting and energetic place. My role as a systems/data migration tech was limited to set piece tasks. Still, beautiful facilities. Just wish I had a golf cart to get around...

They don't care about their people they don't want to pay more for all the work they have to do something's need to change workers are not happy there

Go elsewhere.
If you want to have your hard work appreciated, go elsewhere. If you don't want to be treated like a tool that is thrown out when 12 hour shifts on concrete destroy your body. Go elsewhere.

DID NOT appreciate hard work. Sales treated techs like they were inferior.
I would like to go back to global imports bmw in atalanta. Good company!
BMW needs to increase warranty flat rate. Or do away with commission and pay there tech's 75,000 a year with benefits. The work environment is good but I always struggled to provide for my family. Cost of living went up but wages stayed the same

Amazing brand, corporate dinosaur
Amazing brand populated by lots of smart people, but corporate structure makes it painfully slow / difficult to do business nimbly. Current process of flattening organizational structure is forcing out many performers who can no longer move up within the company.

All around great environment
Great work environment. Always a team and moral building event to participate in. Most positions are contract but are still included in activities. Compensation is competitive.

Nicht besonders schnelles Unternehmen, alles geht ziemlich langsam und lässt sich nur schwer ändern. Viele Sachen werden unnötig gemacht, also eine relativ gute Entlohnung für sehr wenig Arbeit

Productive and comfortable working environment
The working day started before the start time, and frequently only finished after; however, there were seldom any complaints. The focus was getting the job done, with the involvement of all departments, and whereby the majority of decisions needed to be made within a productive time frame.
With a professional and well balanced work team, each and every challenge needed to be addressed with a degree of perfection, a careful and thorough theoretical process, and the subsequent practical working model of the applicable project to hand. The most difficult or challenging part of the job was the re creation of new and unique ideas, whilst the most difficult part of the job was ensuring that each and every minor detail had been addressed and tested.
Fast forward to the somewhat more modern day world, and advanced technological improvements associated with such, these roles continue to be of paramount importance; and particularly whereby both the "front and back of house" roles need to function side by side.
