A normal working day starts at 8 am,with a gate meeting with my team to preview on the previous day achievements and what is expected for the day.its a good experience because it teaches me the impotence of team work and how to manage a team,challenging part of the job is multitasking which i take as a positive challenge since it enables me push on various targets at the same time.the most enjoyable part is the marketing and selling of airel products,am able to meet and interact with different kind of people which makes sales and marketing an interesting / comfortable / enjoyable job to do.

Airtel workplace is the most convenient and great place to work at. Reason is simple which is not only limited to various facilities such as great food court, Nearest corporate hub (Cyber Hub, gurgaon), Young and cooperative staff to work along with. At Airtel, i have learned especially to manage travel, business and home along with a baby which is very difficult because everyday i used to travel almost 100 Km top cover my clients and office work. So being hectic is no more hectic for me as i am prepared already in managing and overcome the time challenge. The most hardest part of the job is driving 100 Km everyday but to be honest when i used to reach my workplace, i used to feel great about the business that i am working for as it used to bring almost new challenges and learning for me which i always used surprise on and used to wonder that yes this also happens and gave me a clear understanding of identifying, analyzing and formulating the needs of my clients. The most enjoyable part of the jobs for me is meeting clients, work for them and get the rotational clients again to have my learning go continuously.
