We are a family owned and operated beverage service company with over 50 years of experience. Our mission is to provide the best possible customer experience. As a beverage server, you will be responsible for serving all types of beers, spirits and wines in an efficient manner while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency throughout the entire facility. You must have excellent communication skills as well strong organizational skills.

Duties

The beverage server is responsible for serving beverages to customers. This position will be responsible for the preparation, storage and distribution of beer products at various locations throughout the facility as well providing excellent customer service while maintaining an efficient flow of product through all channels, including but not limited to: bartending, cold-serving and hot/cold drinks. The successful candidate must have experience working with alcohol and beverage related equipment, such as Aseptic Tankers.

Detailed job duties include:

  • Serve beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Adhere all company policies, procedures and standards for the service of our customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor.
  • Maintains cleanliness throughout the facility including but not limited to: cleaning restrooms; emptying trash containers; replenishment/clean up after each serving session.
  • Report any food safety issues on time with appropriate personnel.

Qualification

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.
  • Ability of working with people from different backgrounds
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong hand-eye coordination
  • Self motivated
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Working knowledge of the food service industry is preferred but not required
  • Flexibility when dealing with customers
