Productive Job, However...
You need to be there earlier than bank opening, and stay for like 10hrs. after the bank close, you need to wait until the accounting dept balance all the transactions. But you just get paid 8hrs no overtime. You pay your mistake, sometimes even it's not yours. You are accountable for the loss: fake, overpayment, wrong posting, unauthorized withrawal etc... they will conduct investigation but at the end they will put their favors on the clients than their employees, and let employees suffer because they want a clean name in the limelight (hope Philippines will have a law for this) Salary increase every year. up to 16th month pay. with a lot of allowance and benefits. Nice Managers, Except some supervisors are mean. It's a happy environment and very productive.
ProsCompany Outing is awesome
ConsYou pay for your Mistake $$$

Needs improvement with the rating system specially with their rank and file. There should also be an evaluation of officers from their staffs and it should also affect their rating.

fun to work with, productive, sociable environment
Since it was my first time to travel just to have my intern, they teach me how to get out of my shell, they show me the eager to learn new things, always ask questions, enjoy what I have so that what ever I do, I will always have fun without worry, slowly but surely. Think positively towards life, to manage my daily routine; clerical/admin, audit all internal transactions, practicing the excel, to know more about their transactions,. Learn to act professionally, be responsible, honest, humble, trust worthy and always job well done, by doing it great!.

My co-workers are easy to get along with and very accomodating. The upper management are also understanding to their subordinates.
The industry is mainly financial because it is a bank and everyday we deal with clients. The environment is very light because of my co-workers even if sometimes there are stress from work. I have learned so many things in being with the bank such as the products they are selling, the financial condition of the bank and the way they deal with their clients which is the most important part of the business. The hardest part of the job is that sometimes there are so much stress on the cut off time that you should meet and finish the job that was assign to you provided that you should double check it to see if it is correct and have no mistakes. Eventhough it is hard sometimes the good thing is that you will use all of your efforts and knowledge to do the job that was assigned to you effectively and efficiently. The bank also conducts seminars to provide their employees additional knowledge regarding the banking industry. To be aware of the policies and procedures and most importantly the banking laws. We also attend team buildings and sportsfest so that we can mingle and bond with other employees of the bank to release stress and tensions from work. The management also tell us through emails, seminars to always be proactive in everything thay we do.
ProsMidyear and christmas bonus, maternity benefits, annual financial assistance
ConsNot enough offer provided for dental care.

Fun environment
We always have a productive day , reading thousand check details everyday , refer , scan and forward it to branches where it is assigned . I learn a lot of things working in BDO Unibank Inc. , I learn to cooperate in our group task , i learn to take the risk everyday because that's the nature of our job. The hardest part of our job is the schedule because we starts at 8:00 pm and end at 5:00 am but we don't usually end at exactly 5:00 am most of the time we finish the job at around 10 o'clock in the morning. And the most enjoyable part of the job is being a friend of many people and most of the time we make some jokes for us to stay awake.

Productive, with healthy workplace and accuracy in every transactions.
Everyday transaction should be balanced and accurate. I learned about how to interact in different types of person, to handle cash in a professional manner, and how to work under pressure. The Management works professionally. The workplace culture is important in business strategy especially in well-communicated culture because of morning briefings and meetings every start of day work, it affects the performance of the branch. The most enjoyable part of the job is when i'm making the clients satisfied with the way I smile at them, greet them, process their transactions and thank them. Giving them the excellent customer service. I enjoyed my job a lot.
