One of the worst jobs i have had
The job may seem fine at first, but it is awful i was in high school and my schedule was not helping me at all i would get off really late on school nights and not be paid for staying after hours. Extremely long shifts the coworkers were not very dependable and all we did was scoop ice cream. The management was the worse treated workers with disrespect never paid us on time and most if not all of us received bounced checks. Wouldn't say i am the best worker, but what i went through there were only raises for the people he was related to in the business also.

Productive and fun work place. The most enjoyable part to me is decorating cakes and making waffle cones.
It is a fun work place and good environment where you get to learn from others and build relationships with your team members. It is a pretty simple job.

Fun environment overall
I worked at three of the Baskin Robbins in Colorado Springs. They were very flexible and if I needed time off for school, sick time, or vacation time then I was able to get it pretty easy. The people I worked with were always a great time and worked well as a team.
Prosflexible and fun job.

Fun Workplace
Great first job or also for student in college. Flexible work hours and plenty of work shifts. Fast paced, which makes the shift go by quickly. Plenty of hours to work.

Totally fun for a first time job.
Working at Baskin Robbins was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had. Beginning I was a shy girl who didn't know how to talk to people. Once I started there I was able to develop the skills to talk to customers, to deal with their complaints to have the strong footing to handle anything that came my way. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk too. And the boss is totally chill. Perfect first job material. Gives you the basics on food handling and sales.
ProsFriendly people, good boss, flexible hours, fun to be around store.

Fast pace and fun
Low pay rate. You learn a lot. Heavy lifting sometimes. Takes a while for you to get a raise. Time would go by fast in the summer because of how packed it was. Learned how to decorate ice cream cakes and took on the responsibility of becoming a leader.

Great starting job for people in highschool or college
Great friendly work place, simple and fun. Typically scooping icecream, making shakes. Decorating cakes is always fun. Other managers were great to work with. Hardest thing is learning everything at first.

Fun
It's a great place to work! Management is a bit strict so you better be prepared to give your 100% everyday but they're still very nice and understanding, just want the best from you and for the customers.
