Very fun and fast paced!
The job was very fast paced but a lot of fun! I learned a lot about customer service and how to work front and back of the house. The culture was amazing because I love the night lifestyle. The hardest part of the job would be keeping track of your guest when they move around. Management was decent as there were multiple managers on duty at all times.

Productive and fun workplace with safe environment
A typical day at work for me would be taking on the bar while making sure all FOH staff is on top of there game with there guest relations and also checking in the BOH to ensure they where fine as well . most of the time me being the FOH Key closer i was the one who was checking all employees out in front and back of house and doing the end of the night closing paper work.

Upscale and upbeat restaurant lounge
In my years as a Manager at this location I have learned a great deal about customer service and hospitality management. The best part about the position is the rewarding professional relationships I have developed with my patrons and business relations. The hardest part is undeniably when I have experiences in which 100% guest satisfaction is an unattainable reality. My staff members and fellow colleagues, both managerial and hourly, add to my daily appreciation for this position. It is rewarding to be able to work with such a diverse group of individuals.

Bar Louie
Bar Louie was a good place to work at it was fast paced and the staff was easy to work with, the most enjoyable part was the fact that I was trusted to do my job and there was no one standing over me.

You'll never matter to a corporate company.
devoted 3 years of my life to this company. spent countless hours away from my family, missed countless events, was called on my off days consistently, spent 50+ hours in store not always getting paid for my time as an hourly employee, was given a promotion only to show up to work one day and be told they were going to let me go. Employees lied about me and management all the way up into corporate offices didn't even bother to ask my side. After the time and energy spent with this company, and going the extra mile for them for over 3 years, they acted as if I was nothing to them at the end.

A great place to work at with a fun crowd and live music
Working at Bar Louie was a great experience. It was not only a fun environment but a challenging one too. It never felt like I was at work.

Productive fun place with good food.
Everyday something new always happened and it was always enjoyable to see new faces every day at work. It was never the same group of people coming in there. Everyone was always about team work and doing what had to be done so everyone was able to leave together and on time.

Horrible GM
GM was very disrespectful and rude. Other managers were very helpful and attentive to situations. Most servers were actually did their jobs but some didn’t

Great place to work
Corporate is great and the management is great. Advancement from within is a real opportunity. I loved working here and wish I never had to leave this job.

Work space
I loved working here at this location it’s a very nice/fun work place. I learned so many skills from working as a manager and learning how to do everything on the computer systems.
