Worst place i ever worked in my entire life
The work environment is so toxic. I got a 15$ raise just to work here but it was so not even worth it. I should have stayed at my old job. I came home from work feeling terrible every day when I worked here and even contemplated a new career. This company was seriously the worst place I have ever worked in my entire life!

Many changes
Several changes are happening. There is no loyalty to you as a worker. Worked there for over 20 years and dont feel my loyalty is important to the company anymore.
Time for a change for myself.

I learned more at Banner Health in the 5.5 years than my entire years in healthcare.
There are lots of opportunities for advancement and for you to be a continual learner. Banner Health is customer obsessed and is leading the way for making the necessary restructuring towards transformation modernization. They are leading the way in the industry. I applaud their efforts.

if don't kiss butt they will try to run you out. follow you around and go behind you and tell other employees how bad they think you are. good luck with promotions. it aint happening unless you kiss butt.

Great Team/Colleagues and Benefits
Great support from colleagues. Excellent benefits! I loved working and supporting families, because providing support, guidance, long-term care planning, and education to help patients and families navigate through the healthcare system is my passion.

They don't follow their own rules
it's a ridiculous set up with little to no interdisciplinary coordination. They tend to not be supportive of their staff. It's actually unfortunate, they have to opportunity to run smoothly, but choose not to. Higher ups and docs can't imagine that anyone might know more than they do. Really intelligent people listen to everyone and don't simply dismiss things without looking into it.

Respected healthcare organization
Large and respected healthcare organization. Enjoyed working remotely, co workers were team players and always ready to help when needed. Was able to take FMLA / STD for birth of child and return to work after 12 weeks away.
