Great Benefits!
Good place to work if you are looking for a long term job. Good medical benefit, paid time off and 401k. It gets busy every last quarter of the year so expect more overtime. Overall, it’s great place to start your career if you have a lot of patience.

Very hard to get to the next level even though you exceed goals. HR takes no action. No talent development, no succession planning....................

The job is frustrating at times when you seem that nothing is going to change for the better. When things are being implemented you get a slight feeling of accomplishment, but that feeling wont last. Expect management to not help or guide you. The management also plays favorites and it is very noticeable. The hardest part of the job is that if you bend over backwards you will not be compensated. Complaint? Don't go to HR they wont help you either. Don't fall for their, "we will keep things confidential." You may want to ask, "Have you tried calling corporate hotline?" Tried it. Didn't help. If you keep your head down and just do your work and learn, you can take that experience else where.

I was employeed during their growth from small to large international company
The growth from a very small to one of the largest international companies provided me with knowledge of transitional policies and teamwork. The change in automation and procedural analysis was a great learning opportunity.

Tolerable but not great
B Braun is a really good company and offers plenty of benefits, payouts, and opportunity to change departments(within a year of staying and taking a test). Night shift is rough and that's anywhere you work. But the reason I say not great cause a lot of people who work there are not nice. Especially in kits, they will NOT help you after you done training and they expect you to be perfect at your job. People do talk behind your back so if you do decide to go to kits, don't get too close to anybody. The supervisor is nice but is the type to play favorites and it is obvious if she doesn't like you. The job itself isn't bad once you get used to how things run but if you can deal with people on your team, it is satisfactory.

FDA environment, Fast paced, no errors
Typical Day: Check in with manager, prior shift supervisor, schedule check, check in Bio for new batches coming to the line, make sure batch records were in compliance, check in with quality, ensure that all IV bags were accounted for, between batches ensure a cleared line.
I learned good manufacturing practices working with FDA, operations, plastic injection molding
Workplace culture was very clickity
Hardest part of the job assuring no mistakes were made, following FDA guidelines work hours 4 days 16 hours

TYPICAL DAY AT WORK USUALLY CAME IN EVERY BODY GATHERED BY THE CLOCK BEFORE CLOCKING IN TO WORK WE WOULD HAVE SMALL TALK ABOUT OUR DAYS OR ANY INTERESTING THING, ONCE TIME TO CLOCK IN CAME WE GOT STRAIGHT TO WORK , WE STAYED BUSY DURING THE DAY WORKING AT A STEADY PACE. AT B BRAUN MEDICAL I LEARNED HOW TO OPERATE A FORKLIFT AND HOW TO HANDLE MY SELF IN A WORK PLACE. CO- WORKERS WHERE AWESOME ALWAYS. THE HARDEST PART OF MY JOB WAS GETTING THERE. THE MOST ENJOYABLE PART OF MY JOB WAS INTERACTING WITH MY CO- WORKERS

Allentown horrible/brienigsville much better
I started out in the manufacturing facility in Allentown. They give you to much for one person to handle. It was a two person job but one person doing it. Co workers wanted everything handed to them. If you didnt have time to set up the next shift they scolded you. God forbid the shift before you calls off. They have nobody to cover the job, you come in and gotta clean up the mess before you can start what your supposed to be doing. They will hound you to come in for ot even when its not mandatory. Btw, if you are on a Monday thru Friday shift you will be mandated to work at least one weekend day every single week. Cannot make weekend plans ever. Now the good part, I transferred to the warehouse in Brienigsville. What a difference. I wont say I love my job but im certainly not miserable anymore. No weekends ever, no mandatory ot. Not overloaded with work. Nobody nagging you about what u did or didnt do. Il stay here for a long time

This was one of the best jobs that I have had. I would tell you if you get a chance to work here take it. They take care of the workforce in many ways on a daily basis.
