Fast-paced environment, opportunity to learn and grow
One of the aspects that I enjoyed about working with Arrow was the approached to shared leadership. I felt I had the autonomy to make critical decisions, but also understood the boundaries for when it was appropriate for consulting senior management.

OK environment
Free coffee, covered parking, on site lunchroom for hot or cold breakfast and lunches. Onsite armed security and elevators. Ping Pong table and private meeting rooms.

Google type of working environment
Company set goals for every employee. We learned a lot new technologies. We were consistently sent to training and seminars. We often get together discussing projects. It is fun place to work.

Good People and Forward Thinking Management
I enjoyed working at Arrow Electronics. They continue to change with the business environment and adapt to changes in the market. They are International in scope and provide services that benefit everyone. I would recommend them as a place to work.

Enjoyed the people I worked with. Very good management work well as team. I also enjoyed the type of work, cable production.
Supervised a staff of up to 25 People. Managed receiving, production, warehouse, quality control and inventory control. Worked closely with customers keeping good relations and making sure product was shipped and packaged to their expectations.

Great people, plenty of opportunities at Arrow.
Arrow's ITAD had a strong influence and support from the parent, Arrow Electronics. Meet a lot of great people there, had a lot of opportunities to work with teams across the US and Europe. I learned more about my field and made an positive impact for the goals of the company.

An American Business Survival Story
Arrow Electronics was a very professional environment in an emerging technology business of component distribution.
The owners and much of senior management perished in a hotel fire. This left middle management to run the organization until a new leadership team was put in place. Required long hours, teamwork and dedication. Arrow went from $100m to a $17B company.
The change in management created a very political environment and large management infrastructure.

Great team mates, work was constant, traveled a lot, too bad they closed our division down and was laid off. Learned so much here but it grew too fast and they should have left it at 15 drivers instead of 50 !!

Arrow Electronics is a good company to work at. I have learnt a lot as a consultant after i started working at Arrow, but the Salary benefits are poor with No promotions.
