Management not progessional
When it comes to work appreciation, temps do lot of work, actually work harder than permanent employees and at the end of slow work or holidays temps are not appreciated at all, they are the people on the way now, they dont get the little gift card aint much but the hard work you did as the regular employees or more they pass out to permanent employees only, is only loudsy 25 to 35 dollars but the tittle they sent. Cards & activities r only for employees NOT TEMPS... the impact of the discrimination they made . Incredible.... thousnads are save by us and not a small thanknyou and apprecciation . Shame on you arconic.

This is a wonderful place to advance and enjoy work life
Arconic has been wonderful to me and my family. I cannot say enough about how great working for this company is. I work in the automotive department in customer service, and enjoy coming into work each day. Everyone here is so pleasant and they are never afraid to lend a helping hand. I also am able to learn something new each day which make it exciting.

Enjoyable
This was a contract position that the company will only contract for one year then 6 months off. However, it was a fast and enjoyable year. Eagerly waiting to return

Great pay not so great work environment. The environment has declined since the start. Supervisor duties were handed down and the support was hard to get.

Commitment
I was a contracted employee and was paid well for though I never had an inside tour. I met most employees through the drive-thu booth for medical screener. Arconic is a great company and enjoyed the people and climate.

Good pay but no life outside of work
You will work a normal swing shift schedule but the days you have off in between shifts you will be forced to work anyway, sometimes every other day. The pay is good with benefits on day one but you will have absolutely no life outside of work

High paced and changing environment with standards set high. Morale is low with high periods of stress associated with outages and standards set too high.
