It was a perfect place to work and lots of opportunity to advance until the Canadian owner decided to close the USA branch and laid off all . Nice people to work with

A great company with plenty of opportunity to be involved in key business and strategic decisions. Your ideas are valued and you make a difference to the business. All staff are supportive and keen to collaborate and work towards accheiving all business goals. The company growth is eveident and process improvement such as streamlining key processes, communicate well at levels and simply always looking to be the best you can be in a professional envirnment.

Stressfull, unprofessional management
The interviews are a formality because they employ only those who are friends or friends of a friend. Very difficult to move internally. They prefer to employ somebody with no experience than to grow from internal experienced work force. Disrespectful, unprofessional management. Looking for whom to pin the blame of any deviation instead of working to learn from it and solve the real root cause.

very productive, I have changed their ways to understand and troubleshoot the instrument.
This is a great company for the beginner. Labs are well designed and equipped with new instrument. Unfortunately calibration department is full of inexperienced staff. For me it is an opportunity to teach or train the Metrologist about the science behind the design.
