Third-Party Mechandising Company
A job that has a very flexible schedule. A self-motivator is a must, your supervisor doesn't check on you often. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement and the company reshuffles management often.

once a good company to work for...now steer clear
If you like being on a rollercoaster ride with your schedule, often changing at 4 am the day you work, and pushed to do job tasks at an unreasonably short amount of time , and don't mind working most weekends, doing tasks way above a low pay grade, and always being short of help on multiple person resets, than this a great place to be abused.

I loved working for Andersen, they really appreciated their vendors. They provided all the resources needed to do my job properly and would give praise when a job was well done. Andersen merchandisers makes working awesome with contest and swag

Good work place. They are good with working with there people if you want part time they will work with you and find a schedule that works for you and still have weekends off.

Good and bad coworkers
At the company meeting the CEO announced to the company if you did not like the conditions that you could quit and the people that they just laid off will gladly take your job he expected more work for less pay and that was a quote! So now people have quit and they are crying that they don’t have help!! And there is no opportunity to grow with this company! No pay raises your salary stays the same for years

High Paced Work Environment
It was a great company to work for but there was changes coming from customer demands and have since changed their business model. I still hear from ex-coworkers who still are employed by them and say they continue to enjoy working there.

Flexible Fast Paced Experience
If you learned what you are supposed to and can work with a store's management on issues that always arise, then this can be a good, productive job. I liked the varied job locations and early start times. You can get more accomplished in the mornings before customer traffic gets heavy and when store management is more available to assist with presentations. They offered the standard benefits you would expect for companies with full time associates but not so much for part time. You almost always worked by yourself and if you were good, you did not see your manager that much. But you had to communicate with that manager and when the manager visited your store, that store's employees should speak well of you. This is not a problem if the store knows your job helps them!

An interesting workplace with many nice teammembers and coworkers
Working at Anderson Merchandisers Company provided me with lots of positive and useful experiences through which I got able to grow and own abilities that are going to stay with me for a long time and I am sure that I will refer to them and use them again at many points of time in the future of my career. This company really had a positive, desirable and balanced work environment for its workers and I enjoyed working there during all those years.
