Trys to have fun
They do their best to have fun but most times their management makes this difficult. I enjoy the learning and activities that they occasionally do but they often focus on the wrong objectives.

Amway: business or scheme cult?
Amway is a terrible place to work unless you buy into the whole con> It is no wonder that the bulk of their business is located in Asia, mostly China, where con companies can still get away with such practices. The product they sell is sub par but promoted as top quality.

Not a bad place to pick up temp work
Over all it wasnt a bad place to work. I worked 10 hour shifts, 5a-3p mon-thursday and loved that schedual. Most coworkers where easy to get along with and shift managers where great but cant say the same for the plant manager who had apparently had many complaints on him over the years and amway never decided to take action. All in all i would recommend it for temp work but not as long term solution

Unless you are related to an employee, don't expect to get hired
I worked as a contractor at Amway, it was a great first job. My manager was awesome and I liked almost everyone who worked there. I was really hoping to get a permanent job there, but they prefer to hire family of current employees, so I got fed up of waiting and got employment elsewhere. I know that it is a company with somewhat of a bad reputation, but the company really cares about its IBOs (the sellers).

was a good place to work
Management always feeding into getting the workers to fight against each other. Always taking one side and never finding the source of the issues and jumping to conclusions of their own. Treated very unfairly on a daily basis.

Great and helpful workplace
-Very helpful supervisors and good training.
-They showed us and trained us to do new things every 2 weeks
-Very professional managers that would make sure we were okay with the job we had for the week.
-They would reward us after we were done with big orders.
-Taught us how to build a fast pace.
-Really respectful owner
ProsVery respectful employees and supervisors.
Consno air conditioning but they would let let us cool off if we got too tired.

Outdated corporate culture
Run like a well-oiled machine, treats employees well. However, about 5 years behind all market trends. Do not expect to do anything exciting or innovative here.
