You're only valuable if you produce
If you can with stand the cold , show up everyday and can make the percentage rate you will always have a job. Management doesn't have a clue all they look at us your percentage rate.

Ran by a Union very awful position
Ran by a union workers can leave early and you can’t do anything as a supervisor it’s an awful company’s poorly ran. They expect one person to run the entire shipping side of the warehouse it’s pretty pathetic. Once i got a new job I was out of there before my probationary period even ended. 4 supervisors quit in the last 8 months.

Productive place with great starting pay
Nice people, and great work........however, if work is slow.......pay is cut dramatically, due to expecting 60 hour work weeks cut down to sometimes 30

Use a EPJ to pull orders. Built pallets. Wrap pallets when finish and stage for loading. Worked in cold and warm environment and lift up to 30lbs constantly.

It is an OK place to work. The communication is not good with upper management. They are very good with work life balance. The benefits are good for our area.

Cold storage warehouse
Great place to work. Management is great and all the other employees work great together. Very good pay with advancement opportunities. Cruising around on forklifts all day or night makes time go quick.
