Opportunity Unlimited
You can make a lot of money working here, however it is performance based pay. If you don;t put in 100% effort, your paychecks reflect that. The culture is amazing. I am ONLY looking for other work because I am now the only source of income in my family and I need something with a base salary. I hope to return one day!

Long hours and useless meetings
This is not a company you would want to work for. Typical work days consist of cold and warm calling clients in the mornings, dispatch in the afternoons, and you canvass all the way until 9 in the evening. The compensation is not worth it.
ProsNone.
ConsLong hours, inadequate compensation.

Revolving door...
AIL's business model is to USE you, your car, your gas, & your time as a soldier to sell life insurance and bring in huge $$$ for upper and mid-level managers. You do get paid commission, but it's much less than the huge bonuses and commissions your trainer/manager and upper echelon managers receive, and ONLY after you spend approximately two unpaid weeks "training".
I would NOT recommend AIL to anyone. Period.
ProsNone.
ConsToo many to list... avoid AIL.

OK place to get your start, but if your licensed you can do better.
Prosyou work hard you make money... LOTS OF $
Consmany of their business practices are unethical IMHO, and they expect you to work like a dog.

Hard Work, rewarding for a minority
Glorified pyramid scheme. Lots of travel daily. Not enough compensation for most to live. Pie in the sjy promises. I would not recommend this work to 99 percent of people.

I recommend
If you are looking for a team and family culture with leadership development, this is the place for you. If you understand your success is determined by your effort, you have a very lucrative career.

Very Professional but not stressful
Its a good company for a start up and can climb up to management level with your performance.
The only problem is that if your retention falls the company stops your payments.
ProsFlexible schedules

dont recommend
I would not recommend anyone to work there unless you don't have a social life. I work 12 to 15 hours a day and drove all over the place and didn't get the proper training. It was a pick and chose as to who got more training than others
Prosnone
Conswork for no pay

very shabby and crooked management
in my first year employee turnover rate was 98% and same on the second year. the agency I worked for had a border line and sometimes illegal procedures that management encouraged by turning a blind eye.
