Great place
Best job ever. Great people to work with and for. There is a strong sense of inclusion and everyone is so caring and helpful. Many members of the team also do activities outside of work together. It’s a very supportive team and very positive environment.

Too high expectations
They kept raising the goals month after month to point you couldn’t obtain. And when you did make the new goal, then they would discuss letting you go. Too stressful. !!!

A great place to work. I learn a lot about Homecare. I worked several different areas with with promotions. Excellent Manager very helpful and caring.. Enjoyed working with the staff. Teamwork to get the job done. One big happy family.

Work Independently
If you like to work independently and don't need much supervision or instruction, Amedisys Home Health is the place to be! I would work there again if they hadn't laid me off.

Hard Working and Caring People
Amedisys Home Health Care is by far the industry leader in providing Home Health Care to it's patients, but also bilaterally providing the same level of excellence to it's employees. In my 7+ years with the company I have had the pleasure of serving in multiple agencies holding multiple positions. Amedisys truly prides itself on hiring great people and investing in there growth. I am grateful to work for such a reputable company.

Great job with advancement opportunity
Very caring and loving workplace. We understand the needs of our patients/families as well as each other and lift each other up as friends. I feel we all work together as a TEAM making sure our patients/families needs are met. Our DOO is very supportive and always has an open door policy with concerns, needs or just to talk. Great company to work for with awesome benefits. I highly recommend Amedisys as an employer.
