Management and crew members
Management play favoritism and are fake to the rest.Certain employees are rude and get away with messing up while those who work hard don’t get the recognition they deserve.

Fun place to work
your average job that's nothing too special. The hours were inconsistent, it can be a fun place to work if you have the right people around, but that can be challenge

fun workplace
Co workers are great, but the corporation as a whole is awful to work in. The manager are sweet and try hard to make you like your job, but in the end the hours and compensation aren't enough for a college student unless you find another part time job that accommodates your schedule.

A typical day at work for me is very fun,because i make every workplace i'. in very enjoyable. I get along with all my co-workers we have fun doing our job.

Cool company when your in school
Very flexible work schedule. Everyone is relaxed and not too many stress. Overall a great place to be when your in school or just need to take on a second job.

Fun first job.
it's experience I will always remember. I had a rough start because my schedule would change without me knowing it, but I got over that hump. I enjoy the perks. You go in get the job done and go home, simply as that.

Helping people get to the theaters and their seats, working the concession stand, cleaning up after everybody like the theater. And cleaning the bathrooms in between

Fun job but not for management
I would never be a manager ever again at AMC Theatres.
$13/hr is too little for the stress of this job. I started off with 1 dept. Due to reduction in hours they eliminated overtime 6 months after I started and by that time I was given the 3 largest depts to run.
Upper mgmt loves to micromanage despite her only having 2 yrs mgmt experience vs my 12 yrs... no trust from that.
Little pay, bad hours.. wouldn't be a manager here ever again.

My co-workers made my job a lot of fun.
Managers don't care about you. They care about quality over quantity. What kept me going for so long it was that they were flexible with my schedule
