Amazing place to work!
The owner is simply amazing and supportive in everything you do. At Amaris you don’t have to worry about anything if you are uncomfortable everyone there works as a team. Didn’t want to leave and would come back anytime.

Up starter company, with huge plan, but incapable management. Aggressive, abusive, mobbing environment is pushing away the professionals. So the worst stay. Hence business decreases. To avoid.

No work/life balance, no solid company structure, management with no structure, no HR. Employees not included in decisions. People not valued. Fake promises. Extremely high turnover rate.

Son muy atentos con los trabajadores y flexibles, se puede contactar con ellos facilmente y están pendientes de las necesidades y preocupaciones del empleado.
Ofrecen varios tipos de formación, algunas son master class que imparten otros empleados a los compañeros, otras veces son a través de una empresa externa pero de forma gratuita y también existe la posibilidad de que te subvencionen alguna formación interesante para el desarrollo profesional.
La gestión es excelente.

Il s'agit de mon stage de Licence avant d'intégrer le master 2.
Une multinationale qui pour réduire ces coûts emploie 90% de son effectif pour le recrutement en stage le reste étant principalement des VIE.
Points positif: Organisation: Etant l'un des seuls à parler l'allemand je m'occupe de plusieurs dossier à la fois ce qui demande beaucoup d'organisation. Travailler sous le stress et la pression: Ayant divers objectifs, je dois réaliser à bien les missions de recrutement qui me sont confiées sous un certains temps.
Points négatifs: Manque de communication totale avec mon tuteur de stage, étant donné qu'il est en France et souvent en déplacement et moi je suis en Espagne, je ne l'ai jamais vu. Ma manager à 25 ans et c'est son premier postes et elle doit s'occuper d'une équipe de 20 personnes et elle ne sait pas comment s'occuper de son travail et nous conseiller en même temps.

Amaris es una consultora en crecimiento lo que implica oportunidades de ascenso interno en labores ejecutivas, a su vez permite cambios de proyectos e intenta hacer una subida anual tras revisión. Sinceramente recomiendo esta empresa.
