Great work culture, innovative and fast paced
I worked with a great team in R&D. I wore many hats and the growth I was able to achieve was remarkable. The only issue is that a department may be caught in budget cuts which means a great job can be terminated. It is pretty typical in this industry and something to be aware of going into a position.

The 20-30 colleagues that I've interacted with have all been friendly, competent, focused, effective, and professional. I have been consistently impressed with the quality of corporate culture.

Micromanagement, favoritism
There were a lot of management changes, favoring micromanagement and discrimination against women. I now longer work there because they closed the site.

Great environment to work in with positive. They take the time to let you grow and help in any way they can. There are lots of resources and they take great care of their employees.

18 years with a great company. Overall, its been a great place to work. Recent years however the company has not been stable with 5 restructurings in 2 years.

Great place to work
Great place to work and great people, lots of experience. Office is a bit overcrowded but you can work from home when necessary. Flexibility, great managers.
