Great company, great place to learn
A typical day would be to generate revenue and keep the area of as new.Working as Showroom Sales Representative from 07/08/2013 till date generating revenue with daily targets. Interaction with customers on daily basis. Mentoring new colleagues, assisting departmental functions and acting as a central point of coordination and communication for Showroom and Self-Serve, SSS dept. and comm-in team. Adding support to the smooth operation, merchandising, and ordering. Driving sales and commerciality with commercial calendar, add on/activity sales, double exposure and other sales promoting actions. Strategic planning for new articles and sales forecasting are adapted in order to achieve an optimal goods flow. Providing effective leadership support to a culturally diverse team of new sales staff. Recently been an IKEA buddy (training new colleagues).

Molds me to be an effective and efficient sales person.
Working in Robinsons Al-futtaim Group was very challenging and fun. I learned a lot from this company on how to a better Sales Person. How to deal properly with demanding and good costumers. I have learned how to be efficient in fast retail environment in Singapore. They build me to be more competitive and highly standard sales person among others salesman.

During my time there, it was the height of the construction boom in Dubai.
During my time there, we were responsible for a workforce exceeding 20,000 personnel. It was known in those days as Al Futtaim/Carillion. We built Dubai Festival City, and started construction on Raha Beach before the economy tanked in 2009/2010.
It was an excellent place to work.
I would go back to work for them at any time.
