Ajilon was great in helping me secure full time employment. My first assignment was short-term. My second assignment led to a 10 year career with a growing company.
I contracted for a law firm as a receptionist. The pay was very low. It was the first time I worked for a law firm. The job was boring. I answered phones and scheduled conference rooms and typed labels for file folders. Some of the staff members were not pleasant to work with. I can't really say their was an enjoyable part of the job.

Very poor experience. will never work there again! There is no loyalty! They prefer to listen to their clients and not the people they place at the jobsite.
I have been successful in obtaining a position as 1st line support followed by a promotion at Ajilon as an IT Service Centre Analyst to a 2nd line Quality & Support/Training and Development role. Which includes, quality monitoring, training & development tasks and I am now looking to build on these achievements.
I'm currently working through a Management Level 3 NVQ and am able to provide sufficient evidence of undertaking managerial responsibilities in the organisation through this.
I have undertaken extra responsibilities by completing induction training with new starters in the office, monitoring their performance weekly throughout probation.
This is completed alongside consistent monitoring of established 1st line staff members performance. This is throughout the duration of their employment and completed monthly on a one on one basis using call recordings and online queries they have handled.
This includes the consistent enforcement of KPIs and encouraging objectives across the business. We hold regular meetings to conduct TNA to identify areas that require additional support, plan which training methods best suit the requirement and how we can accommodate the requirements.
I also provide training material for distribution by myself or colleagues, this includes new systems, changes to current systems we support and any major changes to documented processes.
In addition to this I have extensive experience with software deployment to PC’s and laptops

Just saw a contract recruiter job 2-5 years in Chicago and Ajilon is paying $20.00/hr that is a joke in itself. Probably billing significantly higher to make profit

Firstly, I would have a meeting with the employees of the agency and fix what is wrong. There is quite a bit of lack of communication and follow ups. When a recommendation has been suggested and that person(s) comes into the agency, meets with one of your recruiters and goes over their professional background, there is no call back whatsoever from the recruiter even when the candidate(s) leave messages. The communication is extremely poor. I would never, ever recommend this agency to anyone else going forward. Your employees need to step up!
