Rapid growing company
My role was revenue management analyst where my main responsibility is to maximize revenue by achieving the ideal load factor, by allocating a proper price allocation for each route under my responsibility. Conducting analysis in this role is different compared to my previous experience. In this role my action is measurable within seconds since the environment is very dynamic influenced by purchasing power, scheduling, networks, seasonality competitor pricing and to align these factors with cost of the flight, which will be different depending on route’s behaviour. The core of this task is to reach a common sense to the decision for the fare allocation for each route to the respective department. My achievement in AirAsia is to turn around routes, I successfully gain revenue growth with lesser frequency for Jakarta – Bali (before handed to me it was 7 frequencies, and at time I manage the route it was 6 frequencies)
Prosbenefit of flying at very low cost
ConsBeing far from family

Fun and Happy
The communication is flat and there are a lot of flexibility in all aspects, just that many staff would abuse the benefits given, and hence many people being hired but not everyone contributing to the company.

Hardworking productive and friendly work place
Its a very interesting environment you get to meet different types of people who are friendly and helpful. Everyone helps each other and encourages one another, the main thing i learnt is safety for yourself and aircraft, how to work as a team. The hardest part is working through 12 hours but is also the best part, during those 12 hours you have some free time to mingle with your working colleagues. Management is very respectful, helpful and is aware of their employees' needs.
ProsFree breakfast lunch and dinner vouchers, 3 off days per week, air ticket discount
Cons12 working hours
