management is the absolute worst!
Aflac does not care for its employees. They only care about NUMBERS. They expect you to do MANDATORY OT, but are unfair when it comes to the way evaluate you on quality. They were firing claims dept employees left and right for covid, and you would think that would mean for those persons still there to get advanced to the next position, nope! Instead they outsource a third party company from India so they can pay them less and with 2 weeks of training for a position that requires 3 months training. It's truly not worth your sanity.

Momentum required
It can be difficult to get started, and training is very dependent on who you're working with. There's a team element but a lot of competition and individual accomplishment as well. Overall, not a bad place to work. But if you lose your momentum of finding and securing groups, it's very difficult to pick up the pace again. Fully commission, so a leap of faith. But if you work hard, are persistent and consistent, it can be very rewarding.

A lot of nice people in the company. Got assistance whenever needed. Learned a lot about the company per day. Made a lot of new network connections with others throughout the company.

company has gone down hill. products are antiquated and over prices. marketing is shifting to online and most of the sales force winds up in a losing battle to compete

Great opportunity! (Hard work required!)
Aflac offers a great business opportunity. It can be very lucrative. There is a lot of hard work involved to be successful but it is very rewarding. The hours are flexible but to be successful you must work long hours in the beginning. Over time as you establish your book of business the hours that you put in to succeed will lessen.

I have found Aflac to be amazing, If you want to succeed, you will as long as you are a goal setter and have the work ethic and determination! You will have the support you need from start to finish, with access to so many tools needed to get established! They will help you to aquire your licensing and are always trying to find a way to help you out every step of the way!

That being said, it is a 100% commission and bonus paid job, so your income is directly related to your activity.
