Overall Reviews at ADT Security Services

The culture
ADT, overall is a good company. They have some areas of opportunity when it comes to billing. Also, when they launch new products, they could focus more on training the agents more indepth, so they can be experts with the new technology

Great Place to Grow
I would recommend working here if you are entry-level and need to hone your technical skills and customer service. The pay is not that great, but the benefits are ok.

Don't waste your time here
Watch out they are very petty and unfair and they may give you a 14 cent raise after you have killed yourself to make your stats for quality The team managers are horrible and if you have children they don't understand when you have doctors appointments to be off. Don't even think about working here, even if you do mind your own business the employees on the team are messy
ProsA lot of parking available
Cons30 minute lunch

Nice to work outside of the office
Weekly meetings in office. Otherwise you are out helping customers find a solution for their security needs. Rewarding helping others, and getting paid to do so.

Good work environment
Only problems I encountered at working with defenders is the favoritism that they show to certain employees which takes away jobs and chances away from others.
3.0
Bad management and product development
Would rather cut pay than give. Atmosphere is dismal. Too many politics and very oriented towards numbers instead of quality. Bases wages and employee productivity on company performance on things beyond control of the employees.
