Inclusive and fun work environment
Amazing culture, great learning process throughout training. Managers are trained to be there for you both on a professional and personal level, and are usually very understanding of situations that come up in and outside of work.
ProsGreat benefits and culture
ConsWorkload can get stressful during month end

No work/life balance
That place is a slave camp. They overwork their employees and tell people upon hire that a 40 hour work week is unrealistic. It is more like a 60 hour work week for salaried employees...beware$

There was no concern for employees
The company had absolutely no regard for their employees or their health. People were grossly overworked. The training is non-existent. You had to get information from wherever you could get it. Most tenured employees don't want to be bothered to teach you anything. The supervisors were extremely shady! The tools for success were never given to you. We were set up to fail from the very beginning. Before I left the company, they had added 3 job titles into one and they worked people mercilessly. There was no semblance of a work/life balance. Each enrollment season, employees would go out on LOA purposely to avoid the tyranny exacted on employees during this time.

Over all ok
I feel like management is biased. Not always able to get the support you need, for family life or work life. Not fair across the board to each employee that works there. Management is top heavy and some pick favorites not necessarily who is qualified for the job. Treat the older employees disrespectful as far as moving within the company for different positions. Or just straight up letting them go. No lo go for some reason or another. No

Contract recruiter
Great experience until I got the axe cause I was a contractor. Very hard to get hired full time. They were flexible and you definitely could have a work life balance as Long as you met your metrics.

Difficult for home shored associates
They make it very difficult for someone who works home shored to find another position within the company. They start you off with great pay. If you are working in the office it is easier to move within the company.

Administrative/Office Support
While working for ADP for over 14 years in information technology, I had the privilege to support a great team.
My role was office management, dealing with vendors keeping the office supplied in it's day to day needs as well as executive support and working on various computer applications.

Best job that I've ever had
The environment and people of ADP is what makes it such a great place to work. Lots of collaboration between peers, and management recognizes good work. Moderate benefits, fairly competitive pay, and good vacation policy.

Very Stressful work place
They have a very stressful work place, so much politics from the HR Department. They are not friendly, so hard to request from them. Their department is not accommodating and approachable.
