They care nothing about your family or personal life. Your suppoesd to be a robot and do as they say when they say. You are a number to them not a person.

It was a great job
It was a great job with good employees. The supervisors are very good people and guide you. The job pays very well and will give you the hours you want

Worked as a team no matter what
Team was the main focus of the Proto-type shop. No matter if you were a manager or shop worker, if a job need to be done, shopped need to be spotlessly cleaned, or any other tasks, it was all hands on deck. Everybody appreciated each other and helped each other out. Best environment ever worked at.

Not a good place to work currently.
Company is going through financial issues that are causing massive layoffs and creating a depressing atmosphere to work in. New management is simply cutting heads and bringing in consultants. Stay away for a few months if not years.

Good place to work
Many opportunities to learn and grow. Learned much about the whole plant process including material management, HR, engineering & production through open, team approach to managing the operation.

Slower paced work
Quality inspectors inspected the welds and made sure parts were ready for the line. Slower paced work and everybody was very helpful and that was awesome.

Good company overall
All companies have their plus and negatives but this company is trying its best to improve. Adient bought out the existing company in which did not improve the company. Adient is not a bad place to work, good people and are striving to have a bright future.

Good quality career with a great chance of advancement within the company. Lots of training that was helpful. Great safety program that insured workers a safe working environment

It’s ok
It’s an ok place but ran down needs money invested in it and all the presses and robot welding cells it has been neglected awhile and they try to keep it running with only the basics like zip ties and duck tape

Es una buena empresa para hacer practicas, te asignan un proyecto de entrada y si lo terminas te dan mas proyectos.

El liderazgo es pésimo, de hay en más no me parece tan mala empresa para trabajar

Durante en mi estancia en Adient, aprendí sobre la cadena de logística y de suministros que tiene esta empresa, los diferentes modos de manejar los tiempos, aprendí conocimientos en el área de administrativo-analítico
