They don't stick up for their workers. They take their time finding jobs for the workers. They are very "standoff-ish" when you come to them with a problem/concern.

As a Temp Agency ADECCO will keep you working continuously if you desire, I have worked for them since 2007 and being retired I enjoy the flexibility of a Temp Agency. It is a great place to work, however since they do not have Remote positions, there are much fewer assignments at this time due to COVID. Also great pay, good benefits you can opt in for, again flexibility, they care about work life balance, assignments are tailored to your skill set(s).
ProsOpportunity to work short or longer assignments, some assignments may be temp to be hired on permanently.
Poorly run temp jobs. Low pay. Horribly tedious. Poor management and loud talking noisy coworkers who drove me crazy. Far drive with a bridge toll each day.
Adecco is an amazing and supportive professional company!
My experience with Adecco has been absolutely fantastic!
They provide outstanding follow up and address all concerns in a timely manner.
They are caring and supportive and I am so grateful to have been their employee.
Excellent benefits, compensation, advancement opportunities,. Systems were superior to other similar operations. I only left the company to pursue a different industry.
Not to bad. It’s a temp service so basically it is what it is. Could always be worse. Was thankful to have a job. You are kind of own your own as far as figuring out benefits and pay.
I was looking for a job and stumbled upon Adecco Staffing. I put in my application with the company and a recruiter reached out to me within 2 days, which was very nice to see. They were able to hook me up with a warehouse job right away, and in the beginning they kept good communication with me. Adecco also said they would give us a bonus on each check for every 40 hours that we completed, so to me that was all a huge blessing and plus. Things seemed perfect for about 5-6 weeks and then communication started to be almost non existent. In this time I had 2 checks that did not show up for me on time, and also I had still received none of my bonuses. Any contact I attempted with the company usually resulted in Adecco saying that they were not aware of the problem, that it was the warehouse job's fault, or would take 24 hours to return my calls. One day I show up for my usual shift and the company said that they had let Adecco know that I was not needed, then turning around to ask Adecco they denied that saying they had no idea. I ended up going through this 3 more times because I loved the job and wanted to potentially get hired, but eventually with each time showing up for work and Adecco once again not communicating with me that I did not need to show up for work that day, I had to find other work. After working through Adecco for 10 weeks I had still received none of the bonuses I was promised, which I had been sending them a text every single time I received a paycheck that

Seasonal
Awesome I'd you're looking for something temporary. I enjoyed my time there servicing many different clients. My coworkers were awesome and helpful. I would definitely recommend for temporary work.
Wonderful Company. They have always helped me get a job when the season was very slow. All the employees that work there have always been wonderful and kind and thoughtful.

Do they hire felons?
Asked Dec 12, 2016
NO they do not hire ANY misdemeanors at all. I was informed that your background check must be 100% clear for them to place you anywhere. So as long as nothing pulls up when they run it, you are ok.
Answered Nov 30, 2021
I have a 5 year old felony conviction and they hired me. I think it depends on their hiring clients preferences as to if they will hire you or not.

What is the interview process like at Adecco?
Asked Sep 11, 2016
I did a screening by text message and then they sent me a link to schedule a phone interview. They called me half an hour late (I double checked my scheduled time), the interviewer sounded very bored/uninterested in interviewing me, and the whole thing was over in less than 20 minutes - unless you count the half hour past my scheduled time that I was waiting for the phone to ring. They sent the email for the assessments they wanted me to take right after.
