Kein gutes Arbeitsklima
Die Arbeit bei Action macht wirklich spaß, allerdings sind die Mitarbeiter und der Chef unglaublich unhöflich, es wird übereinander gelästert, wenn man neu ist wird man rum geschubst und ausgenutzt und bei fehlern wirst du gekündigt. Viele Mitarbeiter geben sich nicht mal mühe dich mit einzuschließen und auch über die Kunden wird im Laden lautstark geredet.

Schlechter Umgang mit Menschen. Nie Wieder
Respektloses Auftreten der Führungsleitung, keine Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern, man wird aufs harte gemobbt von der Stellvertretende FL,man wird ignoriert wenn man Hilfe braucht. Unterbezahlter Job für das was man leisten muss. Action mag für den Kunden ein toller Laden sein, doch als Arbeitgeber macht man sich hier für sehr wenig Geld, sehr schnell sowohl psychisch als auch körperlich kaputt.
Da ist keine Atmosphäre, weil die Mitarbeiter schlechte Laune haben und nur an sich selber denken. Jeder Mitarbeiter redet über den anderen, wo man denkt warum nicht ins Gesicht.
Nie wieder. Das ist kein arbeiten sondern Sklavenhaltung.Ich persönlich finde das Unternehmen ist als dauerhafter Arbeitgeber nicht geeignet .Hetzereien, Intrigen, ständiger Druck,Stress nach Zeitdruck arbeiten keine Pausen kein Kontakt zu anderen Mitarbeitern gewünscht. Bitte sucht euch besser was anderes! MODERNE SKLAVEREI!!! Bitte nicht bewerben!!!

Company do not care about the clients, its all about filling rooms
Bulling culture by various members of staff and management no team spirit
The place is full of self centred individuals stepping on others to gain brownie points childish.Long days and evening shifts lot expected for money.Staff helping themselves to food donations meant for the needy people,discussing call them selves a CHARITY lol.
