Challenging workplace
A typical day at work would be to fix the shop, as we've to fix the place and have it ready for applicants. With regard to management, they are very supportive and very approachable about work-related concerns. The most challenging is to deal with diverse characteristics of the management, as they are composed of different managers, who have different ways in dealing with subordinates. The hardest part of the job is meeting the number of applicants daily, and this is only because of the goal to achieve the incentive. The most enjoyable part of the job is the affinity we develop in the team. Aside from the camaraderie, I also enjoy the feeling of having applicants qualify and putting them in jobs, giving people work, and in that sense, helping them to get a very good head start to accomplish their goals in life.
