Good Company, Good Culture
After working for Abbott/Abbvie for 25 years, the only issue I would say where they are not as competitive is salary. When I left Abbvie, other companies had a higher salary rate for similar positions.
Other than that I would work with Abbvie in a heartbeat.

Great company to work for
Abbvie is a great company to work for. I worked there for 24+ years and enjoyed the work I did and the people I worked with. Abbvie has a lot of good benefits and they do a lot for their employees.

Good company to work for, work life/balance is great, Great company for single working moms. Plenty of room for advancement, A lot of great managers within the company

A highly positive and motivating work environment
Everyone I work with works really hard and keeps a positive attitude as they go. There is a sense of teamwork, and an adherence to the values that AbbVie promotes. The most enjoyable part of the job is the people I get to work with and knowing that we are helping patients who have cancer.

Productive high paced highly visible activities
Work days vary due to global sites and time zones. I've learned many details about the pharma industry and continue to grow in the space. Management is thin but provide guidance and solid team to work with. The hardest part of the job as a PM is keeping budgets (financials are challenging - monthly time reporting not aligned with invoice calendar dates). It has gotten significantly better (5 sources of truth down to 2) but the process seems to work. The most enjoyable part of this assignment is colleague comradery. I've made many friends over the past 2 years.

Great culture
Facilities are very clean, cafeteria has a lot of variety for both: local food or fast food. Plant Manager is great and emphatic. Place in general are very noise because of Caribbean culture

Deuxième expérience en tant qu'intérimaire décevante
J'ai travaillé comme intérimaire dans le département d'information médicale à deux reprises. La deuxième expérience a été un peu décevante dans la mesure ou on m'a bien fait sentir la différence entre les employés permanents et les intérimaires. J'ai dû remplacer au pied levé , avec un minimum d'explications, toute l'équipe qui partait en formation. Cette deuxième expérience a un peu terni l'image de la culture d'entreprise et du management que je m'étais faite lors de ma première expérience.
