we could be trained in better
most days are fine but some days were short staffed and it can be difficult. the hardest part of the job is being short staffed. the workplace culture is good and positive most of the time.

productive workplace
A typical day at A&W was taking orders and doing customer service things like placing orders and reading them back to make sure the customer got the proper service they deserve. I learned that not all work days are busy and that if there are no customers to take care of then find something to do to keep busy. The management team went about things in an improper manner when handling situations. They were very unprofessional. The workplace culture is overall a dirty unsanitary environment but the people I worked with for the most part were friendly and had positive attitudes.

Company Growth
Company has been around for a hundred years, which is great. However, the corporate transition is relatively new and has a lot of room for growth. Hopefully they can figure it out before it causes the company to go into a negative whirwind.

Employment with the agency was a typical work day. You worked on an assembly line therefore the work tends to get boring. Your breaks are short and you are required to meet production quota.

Productive fun working place
Working at A&W was a good entree level job. Working there was good experience for my high school career. I worked there after school and on the weekends.

productieve maar minder gezellige werksfeer
Bij dit bedrijf was de werksfeer ver te zoeken. ik heb er weinig geleerd het meeste had ik geleerd bij de liemers aan het spoor.
ik was er voorman, dus een leidinggevende functie.
het is een zeer afwisselende baan
