Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s), including research. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems and services in an operations environment. May manage projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives of an operations nature. Should function as the technical expert in their assigned area. Ensures all SLA's are met for outstanding items.
Additional job duties:
- Supports domestic and international reconciliation process by conducting research and resolving breaks in accounts
- Processes journal entries and proposes matches to clear breaks in accounts
- Works with international teams to resolve issues
- Research includes but is not limited to payment rejects and reversals, payee refunds, payee issues, issues with payments and funding, bank charges and foreign currency differences
- Updating of Processing procedures as needed
- Uses Oracle and SAP Payment systems, CashPro, GIN, Frontier and FDW to conduct research and resolve issues.
Minimum Required Skills:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Typing and Data entry experience
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with ability to meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with working independently and on teams
Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
Experienced with managing multiple priorities and multi tasks
Must complete the Year Up Pathways Program through Bank of America
Desired Skills:
Experience with Oracle and / or SAP / eLedger payment systems
3+ years Financial industry experience
