A Contact Tracing Nurse (LPN/RN - Contact Tracing, Part Time) at CTEH, LLC participates as a member of a multi-disciplinary team by providing nursing services and occupational health support in the areas of pandemic response and occupational health and safety. In performing such duties, a Contact Tracing Nurse will be prepared to provide high quality professional clinical/medical services to both CTEH employees and external clients in routine situations and during emergency situations. Primarily responsible for performing work assigned by a supervising Medical Specialist, the Contact Tracing Nurse may be asked to travel with reasonable notice to support pandemic diagnostic testing needs and may also participate on a contact tracing team with shifts during regular business hours, at night, and/or on weekends.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination prior to your first day of employment is required, unless a medical or religious accommodation is needed. If two rounds of vaccination are required and only one has been received on your first day of employment, your continued employment by CTEH is contingent upon receipt of the second dose when due.

Pay: $60.00/hour
This is a part-time, temporary position, and as such, there are no associated benefits.
ACTIVITIES/TASKS/SCOPE OF WORK
Provides professional clinical/medical services in support of CTEH’s pandemic support needs in the areas of occupational health and compliance.
Conducts diagnostic exams and related clinical duties as needed;
Works as rotating nurse on call;
Communicates directly with CTEH clients and client representatives;
Effectively enters data related to contact tracing and case management, and
Performs other duties as assigned.
. Requirements:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing with a Registered Nurse license in good standing (BSN or higher preferred); or,
A Licensed Practical Nurse license, with 5+ years' experience;
Three to five years of nursing experience in occupational health, emergency medicine, and/or diagnostic testing preferred:
Advanced computer skills in a Windows-based platform and electronic medical records systems;
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within a matrix reporting structure;
Desire to grow personally and professionally through activity in professional organizations and achieving third-party certifications;
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions; and,
Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
PROFESSIONALS SKILLED/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Completion of all job specific OSHA training
Responsible for maintaining individual certifications as required by job function or by law and provide verification and recertification upon request
Ability to comply with all job specific OSHA requirements
Current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport (required)
